
Refund Policy
At Ginger Harmony, we do our best to keep everything simple, fair, and friendly. We understand that travel plans can change, and we’re here to help whenever possible.
Free Cancellation
If you need to cancel 14 days or more before arrival, we will provide a full refund.
Partial Refund
For cancellations made 13–5 days before arrival, we will provide a 50% refund.
Late Cancellation
Cancellations made less than 5 days before arrival are non-refundable, as we prepare the room especially for you.
No-Show
If you don’t arrive and haven’t contacted us, the reservation becomes non-refundable.
Changing Your Dates
Need to adjust your stay? You can change your dates up to 7 days before arrival, depending on availability.
Early Check-Out
If you choose to leave earlier than planned, remaining nights are non-refundable.
Special Rates
Some promotional or discounted bookings may be non-refundable.
In Unexpected Situations
If unexpected events occur (natural disasters, travel restrictions, emergencies, government rules), we’ll look at each case individually and find the most reasonable solution. Standard procedure is changing the date, no refund.
