Service & Guesthouse Regulations

Welcome to Ginger Harmony. To ensure a peaceful and safe environment for all our guests, please review our service and guesthouse regulations below.

1. Reservations

All massages, services, yoga classes, and accommodations must be booked in advance. A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Please arrive at least 5–10 minutes before your appointment or check-in. Late arrivals may shorten your treatment time or affect room availability. No-shows will result in the loss of the deposit.

2. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in is from 4:00 PM, and Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request (subject to availability and extra charge).

3. Cancellations & No-shows

Accommodation policies are regulated in a separate section. For on-site services (massage, yoga, kayaking) canceled one day prior or on the day of the service, the deposit or full payment is non-refundable. Rescheduling is possible if availability allows.

4. Health & Safety

Please inform us of any injuries, allergies, or medical conditions before treatments or classes. We reserve the right to refuse any service if it may be unsafe. Children must be supervised at all times. Any damage caused will be charged to the parents.

5. Payments

1. Payments can be made in cash, card, or online (if available). Prices are listed per person/per night and include applicable taxes.

2. All payments by transfers or by card, no matter the currency of your bank account, will be processed and converted into local currency Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR)

6. Behavior & Respect

Ginger Harmony provides a peaceful environment for all guests. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in termination of the service, class, or stay, with full charge.

7. Pets & Personal Belongings

We adore animals, but kindly ask that guests do not bring pets, as we have a dog and a cat on-site. Please close room gates and do not leave belongings outside rooms. Guests are held accountable for their personal items; we are not liable for lost or broken items.

8. Property & Facilities

Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms or in the restaurant. Bringing your own food or drinks into the restaurant is forbidden. Any damage to property will incur a fee, determined individually. Please treat furniture and equipment with care.

9. Complaints & Feedback

Please inform our team immediately if you are not satisfied, so we can resolve any issue promptly.
